This is a late 2020 review, although I wanted to complete it a long time ago.
The reason for being late is that I feel dissatisfied with this year. It passed too quickly, and I didn’t even leave behind many memorable moments. This year was extraordinary for everyone.
I should be like before, setting goals for the new year in the old year. A life of repeating the same day probably loses its direction.
Whether it is self-study or the so-called scientific research with the teacher, the gains this year are not many. I mainly focused on GO and Javascript. I published a few patents through research.
The things I did were concentrated during the epidemic. In the second half of the year, I figured out one thing: no matter what you do, you have to do it well once you start. This is the same for learning, games, and life.
The projects I did were quite mixed.
I hope that in 2021, I can delve into a project, better understand the principles, and ask many whys.
As for movies, I didn’t go to the cinema to watch movies this year. Although I watched a lot on video websites, I can’t think of any impressive ones for a while, so there is nothing to say.
As for reading, my favorite this year is “Norwegian Wood”. Behind different people are different lives, but they can embrace the detached soul in the heat after whiskey. Everyone is lonely, even in the bustling campus where I walk every day.
2021: Three or four movies, and read five or six favorite books again.
My favorite this year is “Death Stranding”.
At the same time, I participated in three CS: GO competitions. Regardless of the results, I met many interesting people, such as Brother Chicken, a PhD in physics. I held a competition and received 1,000 yuan in official sponsorship and server support. Probably as what Wang Wanquan (a CS: GO KOL) said, even if the environment is bad, it connects you with a group of people, integrates into your life and blood, and the world is like this.
In 2020, I only watched two live performances: the fifth anniversary of the National Football Team, and the Wuhan tour of the Yu Band. Future City is too far from Vox. The Yu Band is the band that accompanied me through 2018. Math problems and In the Center of the Storm are really a perfect match.
At the beginning of 2020, I ended my previous relationship. It spanned three years, I grew a lot, and I am also grateful for the growth.
The rest is blank.
It’s good to maintain the current state in 2021.
